Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 21, 2026

Mint ("we", "our", "the app") is a vinyl record identification app developed by Gili Azgad. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account Data: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique user identifier. Apple users may choose to hide their email.

Scan Data: Photos you take are processed on our servers to identify records. We do not permanently store your photos -- they are discarded after processing.

Scan History: Album titles, artists, and cover art URLs from your scans are stored to provide your history. This data is synced to our servers so you can access it across sessions.

Usage Data: We track the number of scans per week for free-tier limits. We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

How We Use Your Information

  • To identify vinyl records from your photos
  • To display market pricing from Discogs
  • To sync your scan history
  • To enforce free-tier scan limits
