These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mint app ("the App") developed by Gili Azgad ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Mint is a vinyl record identification tool. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
Use automated systems to access the App beyond normal usage
Resell or redistribute data obtained through the App

Accounts

You may sign in using Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Free and Pro Tiers

The App offers a free tier with limited scans per week and a Pro tier with additional features. We reserve the right to modify tier limits and pricing at any time. Changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are managed by Apple according to their terms. We do not process payments directly.

Accuracy

Mint uses AI-powered recognition and third-party data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of album identification, pricing information, or any other data provided. Market values are sourced from Discogs and reflect their marketplace data.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Gili Azgad. Album artwork, metadata, and pricing data are the property of their respective owners and are displayed under fair use or API license agreements.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate identification, pricing errors, or data loss.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
